Class schedule

Another week, another Monday Morning Musicians' Meeting in Silver Spring. Alexander Technique for musicians or anybody off on Mondays. 11 am. If it's your first time, have a free class tomorrow. Call before 11 am: 301-562-9079 or 240-393-1916; come between 11 and 12:30.

Also, I have my 7 PM Tuesday class ($25 or 5 for $100); some space available. Or set up a private lesson at your convenience.

Gratitude

I'm pleased with the response I've been getting to my Alexander offerings. The emails, blogs, facebook messages, business cards and tweets seem to be reaching a few people. I'm very honored to be sharing this work with you. I'm especially honored to have the help from the Alexander trainees in the area (I'll get your links up right away!)
